Talent Coordinator

Our client a leading bank based in London is looking for a Talent Coordinator to help with all aspects of recruitment, from posting job openings to hiring candidates. You’ll be part of a busy team that works closely with the company to achieve their growth strategy.

This is a hands-on role, so you’ll need to be a self-starter with strong recruitment skills. Looking for someone who can also help build their brand on social media and improve their recruitment processes.

• Act as the main point of contact for recruitment requests
• Manage recruitment process with line managers
• Manage relationships with third parties, administer employment offers, and oversee selection and testing processes
• Manage social media for recruitment purposes
• Coordinate shortlisting, interviewing, and appointment of candidates
• Oversee the careers board and ensure employee orientation
• Work with Marketing to build our brand and improve recruitment processes
• Compile recruitment statistics on a monthly basis with an executive summary

• Recruitment specialist experience
• Self-starter
• Familiarity with social media, job boards, and LinkedIn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
