Northreach are proud to have partnered with an up-and-coming finance solutions FinTech based in Holborn, who are on the hunt for a self-driven and dynamic Product Data Analyst. This organisation is leading the way with their embedded financing platform and is one of the fastest growing FinTech businesses globally.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Mining for data insights, test and validate hypotheses about customer behaviour and demonstrating how product enhancements improve customer experience
  • Influence the product roadmap through recommendations based on data-based findings
  • Define key product metrics and track KPIs to analyse core influential factors within products
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to make sure the organisation collects the correct data with regards to business insights
  • Support the organisation to understand the customers behaviour and identify loevers to support in moving key metrics
  • Create effective data visualisations to present insights to the team, management and the wider organisation
  • Strive to consistently raise the bar for data analytics within product, by providing craft guidance, championing best practises and ensuring the correct tools are available
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR (E – Essential P – Preferred)
  • 2+ years experience within product data analytics, playing a core role in data gathering, data analysis and supporting the team to make informed data based decisions
  • Experience in an agile methodology environment
  • Demonstrated success in using analytics to drive the understanding, growth and success of products
  • Hands-on experience with SQL & Python
  • Experience using data visualisation tools such as Tableau
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Motivated and driven self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience within a FinTech (beneficial)
  • Experience with A/B testing, Confluence, Google Analytics or C# (beneficial)
