or submit your CV belowOur client, a leading life insurance provider, is seeking a highly motivated Performance Analyst to join their team. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and delivering an appropriate suite of reporting to all stakeholders and generating insights that support decision-making and enable action across the business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the production and automation of MI reporting and processes using Power BI, Yellowfin & Salesforce
- Build and maintain strong working relationships while supporting key stakeholders
- Identify new sources of data to add to stakeholder metrics
- Provide detailed trend analysis and recommendations
- Lead improvements in the accuracy, reliability, and clarity of MI across the business
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR (E – Essential P – Preferred)
- High levels of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly within tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders
- Experience in Power BI, Yellowfin & Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- A degree in a related field
