Learning & Development Officer

Northreach are excited to join forces with a leading bank in the UK who are currently on the hunt for a Learning and development Officer. The role of Learning and development Officer is Responsible for facilitating and supporting the organisation wide Training and Development. The Lerning and Development Officer will liase with the department heads and line managers to coordinate and schedule Mandatory company training  as overlooking all induction and orientation of new recruit’s function.

• Complete induction/orientation of new employees
• To ensure that new recruits complete all training and have an overview of the company structure.
• Conduct departmental training needs assessments
• To maintain a current and accurate data base of training
• Design and deliver learning sessions for employees
• Help managers develop their team through closely working with them by providing coaching where necessary
• Payroll

• Learning and development Experience
• Human resource experience
• Work within a team as well as using your own initiative
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
