We have partnered with a leading player in the embedded finance space this global fintech provides flexible finance solutions to ecommerce retailers. The platform offers sellers the ability to match their lending to the patterns of their business maximising control over their cash flow. The business is on a hyper growth curve and is now operating in a number of geographies in mainland Europe and the US and are now running at a profit.
They are looking for a Project Manager to join their compliance function to deliver numerous regulator driven initiatives, partnering with the SME’s from the business to ensure business processes, policies and frameworks are compliant with regulatory needs and fit for purpose operationally and commercially. This role will be to bring structure to the portfolio of projects
You will be responsible for managing multiple initiatives concurrently and ensuring successful delivery of the project to scope and timeline.

About the company
Northreach have partnered with a tight-knit and highly decorated legal consultancy who are expanding their team and looking for a well-connected and influential Origination Associate to deliver positive change through identifying, evaluating and executing strategic growth initiatives.
The Role: Origination Associate – M&A
Working alongside the director you will be responsible for identifying, originating, analysing and brokering strategic growth opportunities on behalf of its clients. This could cover new market developments, executing acquisitions or establishing new lines of business.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Management of multiple regulatory driven projects
- Management and execution of project plans
- Full project reporting – schedule, scope, budget, timelines, milestones, risks
- Creation and management of reporting through JIRA Dashboards
- Management of all project stakeholders
- End to end management of project lifecycle
- Identifying and managing interdependencies of projects
- Reporting on all project outcomes
- Project Governance
- Some business analysis – Requirements gathering, process mapping
EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Record of delivering projects within a financial services environment
- Preferable experience delivering compliance, financial crime, risk or regulator driven projects
- Expert knowledge of JIRA (building dashboards etc)
- Business analysis experience
- Full project life cycle
- Strong communicator written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing agenda’s
This is a great opportunity for someone with a couple of years’ experience within a project/programme delivery environment as a BA/PM or PMO to take on more responsibility and develop their career and deliver some business critical projects.
