Northreach have proudly partnered with a leading software/hardware development company, seeking a talented Human Resources Manager (HR Manager)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead HR activities, drive recruitment and onboarding processes, manage performance management, and lead compensation, benefits, and payroll. You will also be responsible for the management of HR systems and applicant tracking systems, while providing coaching and support to managers.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a fast-paced software/hardware development environment
• Strong organisational, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience leading change
• In-depth knowledge of employment law and its practical application
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Desirable Experience:

• • Experience in employing people from overseas, including managing the Certificate of Sponsorship and UKVI process
  • Experience in setting up overseas locations (US, Canada, Switzerland)
  • Experience with the Tier 2 Visa sponsorship scheme
