The company has adopted a hybrid work model that includes both in-office and remote work. The office is situated in a prime location within London. The company regularly evaluates this work model and may require employees to work exclusively from home or the office based on business requirements or government guidelines.

All new employees undergo a rigorous three-week training program followed by a five-month competency plan. Your manager will check in with you on a regular basis to ensure that you are receiving the necessary support and are on track to achieve your objectives. After the completion of your probationary period, we have an ongoing review and development process through our focus tracker program.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

The duties of the role: include entering data into our systems, generating and distributing reports to clients, processing new client applications and inputting trades, handling dealing and settlement processes, managing cash payments and reconciliation, resolving client email enquiries within industry-leading timeframes, handling client phone enquiries, and helping with any additional tasks and projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR (E – Essential P – Preferred)

We are seeking a candidate for a position who possesses a can-do attitude, outstanding attention to detail, and a supportive approach towards team members. While some experience within financial services is advantageous, it is not essential. Having office-based work experience is also a plus. This role is suitable for someone who has a desire to develop skills and knowledge in a challenging work environment. Additionally, it is imperative that the candidate has an excellent command of written English.

As the chosen candidate, you will be responsible for supporting the Client Services Associates on the team. As you develop your knowledge and skills, you will undertake more junior tasks. Even the most basic task will require a high level of care and attention, and you will need to demonstrate your intelligence by quickly learning new things.

Your manager will work closely with you on a development plan to support your promotion to Associate level within two years, subject to your performance. Therefore, we are seeking someone who is eager to learn and is dedicated to advancing their career.
