Affiliate Marketing Executive

We’re working with a rapidly growing financial services company who’re looking for a Affiliate Marketing Executive to join a market leading team on a permanent basis.

The role entails managing the pipeline of new customer applications from our affiliate and lead generator partners. The ideal candidate should possess a strong grasp of the fundamentals of digital marketing to confidently liaise with affiliate account managers regarding the tactics and performance of their campaigns. This is essential in achieving the application volume targets required to drive sales performance for the Direct Sales Team we collaborate with.

• Develop and improve our affiliate program to meet commercial targets
• Identify and pursue scalable affiliate marketing partnerships
• Understand how our affiliate partners use marketing channels and provide support for their day-to-day activities
• Be the primary contact for affiliate partners and conduct quarterly performance reviews
• Conduct ad hoc analysis of the affiliate channel and partners
• Communicate changes from the business to affiliate partners effectively
• Support internal audit reviews with affiliate partners and adhere to FCA conduct rules
• Keep up to date with affiliate marketing trends and use market information to identify opportunities

• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or ecommerce environments
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Understanding of online marketing KPIs
• Proficiency in using digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics
• Ability to work to strict deadlines and manage workload effectively
• Graduate-level education
• Desirable qualifications: relevant degree or digital marketing certifications, experience in the financial services sector, knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance approval procedures.
