Northreach: What made you apply for work in Northreach?
Rob: One of my friends was working for Northreach and loved his job. I was told they had a trainee position and the more I looked into Northreach the more I wanted the role. It offered me a solid career in an environment that pushes me while being relaxed and friendly.
N: Do you remember your first day?
R: I can remember parts of my first day at Northreach. It was nothing like anywhere I had worked before, there was so much to take in. The biggest thing I remember is the day felt 30 mins long. It was so fast-paced the day flew past. I remember getting home and being so exhausted.
N: What has been your biggest achievement/success?
R: My biggest achievement. I feel like I have achieved a lot in my time at Northreach but I would say my biggest achievement would be when I filled a very niche multilingual role that had been open for over 6 months without success.
N: What’s your favourite part of the job?
R: My favourite part of the job has to be the calls you make to candidate when they have been offered the role. The candidate works so hard through the process, it is an amazing feeling to tell them their hard work has paid off.
N: Your top three words to describe Northreach…
R: Friendly. Innovative. Supportive.
We’re excited to see where the next phase of his journey takes him, as he will be specialising in Life Science Sector which he has already found his feet and has plenty of great clients to work with in 2021. <CLICK>
