What you will be doing:
• Being a great team player and doing what it takes to keep the business moving forward.
• Providing the support your team needs to deliver our goals and targets.
• Keeping an eye on the competition to make sure Northreach stays one step ahead.

• Shadowing the Director, taking notes, asking lots of questions
• Answering the telephone to candidates and clients, taking messages and responding to inquiries
• Attending meetings with candidates and potential clients
• Qualifying prospective candidates for roles
• Developing an understanding of the market and market intel to share with candidates and clients
• Building a pool of candidates to place in various jobs Northreach are advertising
• Arranging multiple interviews
• Negotiating job offers
• Preparing documentation for on-boarding of new starters
We are looking for someone who:
• Can keep a lot of plates spinning. Taking pride in being organised so you can deliver promises on time
• Is a sponge when it comes to learning new skills
• Works collaboratively with people to make things better
• Can be the best version of themselves in every situation, and show resilience when the chips are down
• Remains curious to find better ways of working to improve
• Seizes opportunities by being brave and stepping outside of their comfort zone
• Holds their hands up when they make a mistake and can quickly re-focus to put things right

• Can inspire others with their drive for excellence and lift their team up through the tough times
• Can communicate clearly, concisely and thoughtfully both verbally and in writing
• Can make wise decisions and solve problems without over complicating things
